The Jacaranda festival is Australia's longest running floral festival and was first held in 1935. The celebrations feature a spectacular street parade on the first Saturday in November and thousands flock to Grafton for weeks before and after the celebrations just to view the trees and enjoy the events.

The city of Grafton famous for its trees, is one of Australia's most beautiful. The Jacaranda flower each year in October and are the theme for the annual Jacaranda Festival. This festival combines culture and sport, Each year thousands of visitors descend on the city for the festival.
